You suspect you may have endometriosis or adenomyosis

Can endometriosis cause fatigue even if pelvic pain is my main symptom?

Symptomssystemicpelvic

Yes—endometriosis can absolutely contribute to fatigue even when pelvic pain is the symptom that stands out most. Ongoing inflammation and immune activation, plus the body’s constant processing of pain signals, can be physically draining over time—even if you feel like you’ve become “used to” the pain.

Fatigue can also be amplified by disrupted sleep, stress-hormone surges during flares, and the way pain limits movement, exercise, and daily routines. Importantly, exhaustion doesn’t reliably correlate with the “stage” of endometriosis, so we take fatigue seriously as a real symptom in its own right. If you’re dealing with pelvic pain and persistent tiredness, our team can help evaluate the full pattern of your symptoms and discuss options to move you toward lasting relief.
